Magdalena (Maggie) is one of the four principal violinists in the South Dakota Symphony and has performed in Europe and America as a soloist.

 

“I enjoy playing fiddle and Celtic music. It’s deceptively hard to do, even for a practiced musician, and I think it must be one of the original feel-good forms of music."

Maggie in the Meantime is made up of four musicians who have been playing since they were children; they are Magdalena Modzelewska (violin), Jeff Paul (oboe, pennywhistle & keyboards), and brothers Darrel Fickbohm (vocal & guitar) and Blaine Fickbohm (drums).
